Full Day of Eating- 1/25/18

Today was a little bit different from most normal days for me.  Since everybody in my house except for myself has the flu (I had it last month.), I wasn’t able to go to the 6 AM CrossFit class like I always do, because I can’t drive yet and my dad usually drives me there and works out with me.  It was okay, though, because I can always just work out in my garage gym!

I started off my day of eating with 3 light cheese sticks, 2 tomatoes, half of a large fuji apple, and half of a cup of oatmeal with 5 grams of peanut butter.

At around noon, I headed out to the garage gym and got a great workout in!

After that, I had to get ready for the day and run a few errands.

Once I got home, I made a lunch of 2 vegetarian hot dogs, 100 grams of white sweet potato, 1 small mandarin orange, and a salad with lettuce, 10 grams of crumbled goat cheese, 8 grams of pecans, 10 grams of raisins, 10 grams of balsamic vinaigrette, and 5 grams of balsamic vinegar.

For an afternoon snack, I had 3 light cheese sticks, 2 plain salted rice cakes, the other half of an apple from breakfast, and 8 ounces of Trilogy kombucha.

Dinner was California blend vegetables, 100 milliliters of white rice, 100 grams of white sweet potato, 5 olives, 6 Beyond Meat chicken strips, 1 small mandarin orange, and 20 grams of dried mandarin orange slices.

Before I went to sleep, I ate casein pudding made with 28 grams of casein, water, and peanut butter.
