All on a bed of lettuce, was 10 grams of crumbled goat cheese, 10 grams of raisins, 50 grams of strawberries, 8 grams of pecans, 8 milliliters of light balsamic vinaigrette, and 5 milliliters of plain balsamic vinegar. On another plate, I ate 2 vegetarian Smart Dogs, 100 grams of white sweet potato, and a small mandarin orange.
I worked out again in the afternoon in my garage gym. That workout consisted of rowing, running, and ring muscle ups.
As a post workout snack, I ate the other half of the apple from breakfast, 2 plain salted rice cakes, and 8.4 ounces of Trilogy Kombucha.
For dinner, I ate 6 Beyond Meat chicken strips, California mixed vegetables, 110 milliliters of white rice, 120 grams of white sweet potato, 11 green olives, 1 small mandarin orange, and 20 grams of dried orange slices.
Right before I went to sleep, I ate 28 grams of casein with 30 grams of peanut butter and some water made into my nightly casein pudding.
